The main reason it is loved is that it has a unique taste; besides, people make this drink an enjoyable drink with Milk. So, it has a light and gentle flavor. And they consume this drink together with cinnamon. It’s also easy to make with just a few materials. To prepare salep, all you need to do is, put Milk in a pot and boil them. Then add salep and sugar and mix well. Please put it in a cup and serves it with cinnamon. The Saleps in this delicious recipe give this drink its aroma and name.

1 kg milk
half of glasses sugar
1 teaspoon salep
cinnamon
Directions
- put half of glasses sugar and 1 teaspoon salep in a bowl and stir them very well
- boil the 1 kg milk and add the salep and sugar mixture on the milk little by little
- Stir constatntly the mixture for about 10 minutes
- Put the mixture in the cups
- Decorate them with cinnamon
