Today we will give you a delicious coconut cake recipe, one of my favorite snacks. Coconut star cake, one of our snack desserts, is available in many restaurants and is made and consumed by many families. This cake, which draws the attention of people of all ages, was awarded full marks by everyone with its taste. Besides being decorated on our tables with its appearance, it also received full marks from everyone with its taste.

70 gram Granulated Sugar
1 glass flour
2 tablespoon cacao
1 pack vanilla (10 gram)
1 pack baking powder (10 gram)
1 glass milk ( for wet to cake)
- For Cream
1 pack whipped cream
150 ml milk
2,5 glass coconut
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- For Chocolate Sauce
200 ml cream
150 gram chocolate
Directions
- Cover the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper.
- Then, mix the eggs and sugar with the mixer until they turn white. Add milk, flour, cacao, vanilla, and baking powder, and continue whisking until the ingredients are completely mixed.
- Put the cake dough in a springform pan.
- Bake in a preheated 170-degree oven for 25-35 minutes. After leaving the oven, wait for it to cool down.
- With the whipped cream and milk with a mixer until it thickens. Then, add the coconut and superfine sugar and continue whisking.
- Put the liquid cream and chocolate in the pan and mix until it melts.
- Wet the top of the cake with a glass of milk.
- Pour the cream over the cake so that it is flat. Then, pour the cooled chocolate sauce over.
- And wait for 3 – 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- You can serve it by decorating it as you wish.
